It’s the second BEAST WITH SEVEN HEADS comedy show at Lefty’s Live Music!
With a killer lineup and the Lefty’s show stage debut of a couple great comics and the return of two of Chicago’s finest comics to Des Moines, this show couldn’t get better!

BUT IT DID: This months theme and game is ‘DINNER’ and with it, at least two of our comics will go head to head in a competitive eating competition. Each comic will buy the other a ‘dinner’ that they must finish entirely on stage before the other finishes performing, while their opponent does anything they can to stop them!

But the two fine dishes we’re serving up for the main course are second to none!

Andy Fleming:
Straight off the streets of upper-middle class Memphis comes Andy Fleming, a big bright shining star of the Chicago comedy scene. Andy hits the stage with an energy usually only seen in bathrooms where people are doing coke or in any conversation with Quentin Tarantino. Andy started comedy in Memphis, and quickly became a front-runner of the town’s burgeoning comedy scene, In Memphis, he opened for comics like Paul F. Tompkins, Rich Vos, and Kyle Kinane, not that he thinks you’d be shallow enough to care about such things. In Chicago, Andy is the producer of the weekly showcase The Two-Hour Comedy Hour, and associate producer and co-host of Comedy Secrets.

Reena Calm
Reena Calm was made in Israel, raised near Boston, and is now thrilled to be a part of Chicago’s amazing Comedy scene. She’s a regular at the Laugh Factory, has performed in SO many different bars, and has only been asked to leave a few of them. Her parents are proud. Reena was featured in TBS Just For Laughs, Chicago Women’s Funny Festival, She-Devil Comedy Festival and right now there’s a hilarious festival going on in her pants. Reena currently produces and hosts the popular Three Dead Moose Open Mic on Sundays, she’s a cast member at 100 Proof Comedy on Mondays, and she’s a founding producer of Hoo HA Comedy which is every Tuesday.
