Patresa Hartman – brings the mature and soulful voice of a woman with something to say. As she puts it, making music is really about making an important human connection. “I use songwriting as a way to understand my own experiences and then communicate them in the most honest way I know how.”
The High Crest – is the Folk & Roll duo of Kat Darling and Aaron Earl Short. They are living small and traveling big, taking their sustainable Iowa grown music across the country.
Their music is a blend of dueling guitars and powerful harmonies infused with harmonica, resonator guitar and the groove of djembe hand drum. The roots Americana sound is in essence of Johnny Cash & June Carter, Shovels & Rope, Jason Isabell & Amanda Shires and Brandi Carlile. The songs lead into shared storytelling and invite humor, reflection and camaraderie. Great feeling lively performances and impressive musicianship spanning more than a decade are backed by a solid reputationfor masterful honest songwriting.
Dustin Smith – a songwriter and musician from Des Moines, Iowa. I lead a band called The Maytags and collaborate with a collective of awesome musicians.
