It’s Prom season. Let’s admit it, your prom probably sucked. You were dressed awkwardly, took terrible pictures, ate too much before the dance, stayed up too late, and couldn’t legally drink. How much better would Prom be as an adult? Way the hell better.
May 13th we’re uniting comedians of all kinds for a storytelling show of their high school horrors, while dressed like they’re ready to dance the night away for the first time, backed by photos of them in high school.
We’ll even elect a king and queen! Then afterwards we’re throwing the Prom you should have gotten: For one thing: Booze. An after-prom raffle for gift cards from local hot spots, a photo booth and a dance party where formal wear is optional but highly encouraged! Classic prom staples as well as modern tunes, and maybe a few other after-prom surprises as well.
But since we’re responsible adults, part of the night’s proceeds and funds from the raffle and photo booth will go to a donation to Planned Parenthood’s Susan Knapp Health Center at 2304 University! We’re also giving out free Promedy Condoms!
Come out and dress up and party and raise money for a great cause!
